World Innovation Summit for Education to be held in Qatar

Event to gather more than 200 speakers to discuss human-centered learning in the AI era

The 12th World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE), a Qatar Foundation initiative, will take place Nov. 24-25 at the Qatar National Convention Centre in Doha under the theme, “Humanity.io: Human Values at the Heart of Education.”

Anadolu is the summit’s global communication partner.

This year’s event will examine how education systems can be reshaped with a human-centered approach as artificial intelligence and other technologies rapidly advance.

More than 200 speakers from education, academia, technology, policy and social impact fields are expected to attend.

The summit will focus on approaches that place human needs at the center of learning, along with innovative models and cross-sector collaboration.

Speakers include author Laila Lalami, technology expert Mo Gawdat, Nobel Prize-winning economist Abhijit Banerjee, X Prize CEO Anousheh Ansari and education and development leaders Fahad Hamad Hassan Al-Sulaiti, Marieme Jamme and Omar Al-Shogre.

The winner of the 2025 WISE Education Prize, which recognizes global contributions to education, will also be announced.

Founded in 2009, WISE serves as a global platform promoting innovative education models and cross-sector cooperation.
